We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, responsible for driving, scaling, and optimizing revenue performance to support strategic decision-making.

This role plays a key part in connecting revenue motions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance , ensuring high efficiency of processes, tools, and people.

The position requires on-site presence in Mexico City (hybrid model) , with close collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Own and optimize core revenue processes across the funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success).
• Drive visibility and consistency across key metrics such as:
• Pipeline generation and conversion
• Revenue forecasting accuracy
• MRR, ARR, churn, retention, and expansion
