As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you ensure that marketing, sales, and customer success run like one well-oiled machine with the goal of: more revenue, faster, and more predictably.
Tasks
- Optimizing the entire revenue funnel (from first click to retention & upsell)
- Achieving maximum conversion from leads, MQLs, and SQLs
- Configuring CRM (HubSpot) to truly make sales close faster
- Building dashboards driven by revenue (pipeline, MRR, CAC, LTV)
- Spotting bottlenecks in the funnel and resolving them immediately
- Automating processes so teams work faster and smarter
- Improving and increasing the reliability of sales forecasting
