to own and standardize our Go High Level infrastructure so we can scale paid traffic with confidence and predictability.

Our current backend works — but lacks measurement clarity and predictability. Your mission is to eliminate ambiguity and build a clean, measurable, scalable system.

What You'll Own

• Design and standardize multi-state GHL subaccount architecture
• Define and enforce lead lifecycle stages (Lead → Qualified → Sold → Revenue)
• Build and maintain clean attribution structure (Spend → Lead → Revenue)
• Create state-level performance dashboards (CPL, revenue, margin)
• Audit and simplify existing automations
• Eliminate duplicate data corruption
• Implement governance rules for tags, fields, p...
