RevOps GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the technical build-out of our modern GTM stack, including architecture strategy, tool selection and buy vs. build decisions.
• Ensure the GTM stack operates as an integrated system across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Support – not a collection of point solutions.
• Design and ship AI‑native workflows and agents that fully eliminate manual and repetitive GTM tasks, measurably improve revenue team productivity and drive scalable growth using LLMs, workflow tools like Make/n8n/Zapier and lightweight scripting.
• Build enrichment and signal activation logic (intent, engagement, firmographic, product/customer signals) to power effective routing, scoring and prioritization.
• Partner with RevOps specialists to translate GTM process needs into system requirements and collaborate with Enablement to ensure adoption of new workflows and GTM systems.
