DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Roll Off Service Dispatcher coordinates daily roll off service activity to ensure safe, efficient and reliable customer service. This role is the central communication point between drivers, route supervisors, customer service, sales, maintenance, scale operations and management. The dispatcher is responsible for building practical daily route plans, monitoring progress throughout the day and adjusting quickly to real‑time changes such as customer requests, blocked access, equipment issues, traffic, disposal delays, weather and urgent service needs.
