Job description:

Position Summary: Clean and turndown guest rooms as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor and assist in training of new Turndown Attendants when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity
  • Collect assigned rooms and other duties as required
  • Assist with Guest service of PM requests, amenities, set up of cots/cribs
  • Prepare turndown roses
  • Provide turndown service: replenish and refresh the Guests’ amenities
  • Add all necessary supplies to the room as requested or needed
  • Vacuum and remove all dirty dishes and trays
  • Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties’ products and services
  • Suggesting additional products and services meeting our Guests’ specific preferences
