§ Work with project teams to develop business systems and applications to meet business needs and priorities.

§ Analyze business needs in relation to Human Resources clients' programs and service delivery requirements.

§ Provide clients with business systems consulting expertise on the use of information technology, such as PeopleSoft, to meet business goals and objectives.

§ Recommend systems development solutions and configuration which meet clients' needs.

§ Provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design.

§ Provide leadership in the coordination and development of production support procedures.

§Provide support to current produciton Operational needs
