Description: The Solaris Evergreening project will: Transition Solaris impacted application databases off of Solaris infrastructure and onto supported infrastructure. Where applicable/compatible, upgrade to latest version of Oracle database software. Eliminate security and financial risks by decommissioning out-of-support Solaris infrastructure following successful migrations. The applications in scope will remain as is, there will be no new development work completed. The migration off of Solaris operating system servers only impacts the operating system and database. The project represents a time-sensitive, high-priority stream within FY26/27 operating plan deliverables and serves as a key enabler for broader portfolio modernization.
