The Regional Record to Report (R2R) Accountant will be responsible for monitoring month-end and year-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting and adherence to internal policies, accounting standards and control requirements. Acting as the main point of contact between the GBS organization, the BPO provider and internal stakeholders.

The position also contributes actively to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation, supporting the ongoing maturity and evolution of the RTR tower. The R2R Accountant must be meticulous, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to visualize and articulate complex business and technical requirements.
