• Contact prospective customers via phone call, text, or email.
• Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale.
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
• Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers.

• Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.
