Job Summary

Customer Care & Sales Assistant – Andean Area. The role is based in Megaport, Bogotá (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking and performance insights
• Prepare sales presentations and dashboards to support business reviews and decision‑making
• Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities
• Manage customer requests including documentation, certifications and compliance materials
• Coordinate product sample requests and follow up on timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer platforms and required commercial information
• Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and follow‑ups
• Assist in travel, expense processes and internal administrative coordination
• Act as a key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
