Lead the sales team at Venn, Canada's fastest-growing B2B fintech. This high-impact role focuses on creating and executing effective sales strategies in a contemporary, digital banking workplace. As a Sales Director at Venn, you will drive sales growth by leading and scaling Account Executives and BDRs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and BDRs
- Oversee sales enablement, including training and playbooks
- Conduct weekly deal reviews and pipeline pressure-tests
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for BDRs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
Qualifications
- 6+ years in B2B sales, 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of hitting team quotas
- Solid sales operations and forecasting skills
