Powerland, a Xerox Business Solutions company, is seeking a high-performing leader to join a growing organization as Sales Director β Eastern Canada.
The Sales Director will be responsible for growing and leading the IT Services division, cultivating strategic relationships with clients and vendors, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in IT solutions and a passion for team development and market expansion.
Key Objectives:
β’Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
β’ Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
β’ Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and partners.
β’ Ensure team compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and certification requirements.
