The Sales and Education Executive will mentor Clarins’ Beauty Expert Teams on product knowledge and selling techniques to meet retail sales quotas. You will lead classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring store teams are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to enhance overall productivity and performance in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver seasonal training sessions for store teams
• Model effective sales techniques tailored to various consumer profiles
• Achieve or exceed retail sales targets in assigned territory
• Conduct business reviews to identify sales opportunities
• Recruit and supervise Beauty Experts within the region
