Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing & finance team) to gather required data and prepare business-related documentation in accordance with internal standards and applicable requirements.
• Review and validate supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before further processing or submission claim
• Develop and maintain expense trackers to support monitoring, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders (sales team, distributor, store) on pending documents to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative or finance support roles, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
