Job Description
Join Aerotek for a 10-week paid Sales Internship from June to August 2026. This program will immerse you in the key phases of business including recruiting and account management.
As a Sales Intern at Aerotek, you will gain firsthand exposure to vital operations within a local office setting. The internship focuses heavily on sales and offers ample opportunities for shadowing experienced professionals in various roles. Successful completion may lead to a full-time role within the Sales Development Representative program, jump-starting your career.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Post available positions using our candidate tracking system
β’ Screen resumes and select qualified candidates
β’ Schedule interviews and shadow recruitment processes
β’ Attend client visits and networking events
β’ Participate in lead generation and cold calling activities
