Job Description
Sales & Business Development
Β· Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the companys market share in France
Β· Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target industries
Β· Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and integrators
Β· Manage long sales cycles involving engineering, procurement, and program teams
Β· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close contracts in line with company margins
Account Management
Β· Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
Β· Understand customer programs, forecasts, and lifecycle needs
Β· Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction
