A well-established and growing dealership in the Halton Region is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team!

As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the dealership's sales operations. You will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly targets while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. As a team player, the Sales Manager strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership. The Sales Manager is focused on upholding our dealership's brand values and brand standards to create an unparalleled customer experience in the sales department.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission and bonus structure, on target earnings typically range from $130,000 - $170,000 per year
