Senior Sales Representative
to manage and develop distributor relationships within an assigned territory. This role is critical to ensuring strong commercial execution through distributors, driving sustainable sales growth, and maximizing market presence.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the relationship with assigned distributors to achieve volume, revenue, and coverage objectives.
Define and execute joint business plans with distributors, including sales targets, promotional activities, and execution priorities.
Ensure effective route-to-market execution through distributor sales teams.
Monitor distributor performance, KPIs, inventory levels, and sell-out execution.
