Sales Manager (LATAM)

RJG, Inc., a leader in injection molding technology and training, is searching for a Sales Manager at our Chihuahua, Mexico location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the management and profitability of RJG's Latin American entity. They will mentor employees responsible for targeting existing and new customers to create and grow business opportunities through RJG's consulting, training, and technology services. They will collaborate with RJG's management team in the implementation of strategic plans, the achievement of financial objectives, the recruitment, training and development of employees, as well as the preservation of a strong collective culture in line with RJG's core values.
