Sales Manager – Mechanical

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Mechanical Division, with responsibility for driving growth across heating, cooling, hydronics, and VRF systems. This person will play a key role in strengthening mechanical systems sales execution and strategy.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both technical depth and strong commercial capability within HVAC/mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy across mechanical systems including hydronics, heating, cooling, and VRF
• Drive revenue growth through contractors, consultants, and key mechanical accounts
• Lead, coach, and developsales team members
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing discipline
