Work Environment

  • Must be able work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Most work tasks are performed indoors.
     

    • Expected Hours of Work

  • Must be flexible to work variable days of the week to include weekends and holidays.
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts (days, nights, overnights).
     

    • Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree in sale/marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a hospitality or hotel Sales and Marketing setting. 
  • Direct supervisory experience in a Sales & Marketing leadership position.
  • Experience working with major hospitality brands.
     

    • Key Job Functions

    Sales & Business Development:
    Prospect, secure, and manage social, corporate, and small meeting business. Negotiate food & beverage, function space, room blocks, and hotel services within approved guidelines. Pr...
