What you will do

Reporting to the Territory Sales Director, you will be part of the management team, responsible for the implementation and delivery of the commercial strategy and the overall performance of the sales organization.

You will be accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets for Water Mechanical Products within the Norway territory. Your direct reports will include inside sales, outside sales, and customer service, where you will foster a strong one-team approach.
