Job Description
Carter Day is a recognized leader in process and equipment solutions for the agribusiness industry, delivering innovative, highโquality systems to customers across Canada and international markets. Based in the Winnipeg corporate office, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving profitable equipment sales by managing key accounts, supporting technical sales execution, and partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers.
As the Sales Manager you will:
- Manage sales territory and key accounts, developing business with direct customers, OEMs, engineering houses, resellers, and representatives.
- Prepare and issue sales quotes, technical documentation, and management approvals.
- Support new and past sales through R&D trials, field visits, machine startโups, and warranty assistance.
- Contribute to product design enhancements and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
