Sailun Tire Mexico – OEM Sales Manager Position Reporting To

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the STMX OEM Sales Manager is responsible for directly engaging and implementing sales in the OEM channel with the support and coordination of engineering, product development, supply chain and marketing. Provide interface with Senior Managers and organization on current and expected OEM business plans. Work directly with OEM to pursue additional global positioning of Sailun products. Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy for aftermarket sales of OEM placed products to produce the highest long-term market share. Collaborate with internal global departments to design and develop new services for enhancing business growth. Reviews, analyzes and projects sales performance against programs to determine strategy effectiveness.
