Position Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for building and fostering robust customer relationships. They design strategies aimed at growing revenue by satisfying customer needs and special requests. This position will also use consumer research to maximize potential revenues and gain the loyalty of their clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Meets regularly with their selected clients
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Gaining leads and prospects
• Promoting products and services to both existing and potential customers
• Providing solutions to consumer concerns
• Bringing value to the customer. Samples, product information and knowledge, proper substitutions, letting customers know about shorts asap and in-person visits
