About the role

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales team. Working closely with the sales managers, your role is to contribute directly to achieving sales objectives and to ensure efficient, responsive, and customer oriented service.

You will coordinate and follow up on customer and sales requests internally, acting as a key interface between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

What will I be doing?

• Assist the sales team with the day-to-day account management tasks of key customers,
• Follow up contracts/purchasing order administrative work, ensuring information is correctly loaded onto our internal IT systems,
