Your role: As the Sales Support (Northern Hub)you will play a crucial role in empowering our commercial team to achieve outstanding results. You provide comprehensive sales support, acting as the primary point of contact for the Local Sales Director while providing day-to-day administrative support to all 10 direct sales representatives to maximize their time in front of clients. This role can be based in Dublin or Drogheda.
Day to day you will:
Coordinate schedules and bookings between the sales team and the Traffic department, managing Rosetta schedules and tracking deadlines.
Maintain daily CRM database hygiene, inputting pipeline data to ensure absolute accuracy and precise lead tracking.
Analyse and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, tracking revenue, yield, and sales pacing across the hub.
