We’re looking for a field-based leader with a sales mindset to help grow our Gardening Department through quality oversight, crew training, and proactive enhancement sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands gardening work, can train and hold employees accountable, and enjoys talking with clients, and can confidently turn on‑site observations into approved enhancement jobs.

The focus is on client interaction, revenue growth through enhancements, and maintaining high service standards in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Kickstart crews each morning and support them throughout the day
