Reporting directly to the COO, this is a key leadership role that will directly shape our sales operations and customer experience while playing a vital role in company-wide growth.

In this position, you’ll lead a high-performing team, implement strategic initiatives, and develop innovative products and services that position Cayuga Mutual as a trusted leader in the P&C insurance industry.
