This role requires a consultative approach to designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud to support Revenue Operations (RevOps) and revenue forecasting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Certinia PSA, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud—along with expertise in DevOps, CI/CD practices, change management, and user adoption. A passion for leveraging AI-driven tools and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
