They own day-to-day administration, user management, platform security, and platform maintenance with demonstrable skills in Salesforce CPQ support. They collaborate closely with Salesforce end users (internal stakeholders and customers) to collaborate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues aligning work to team priorities.
