Job Description
Your role Performing hands-on configuration tasks, including building objects, fields, flows, page layouts, lightning record pages, validation rules, and more Translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives Collaborating with technical teams and integration systems to deliver integrated solutions across the business Providing guidance and leadership to production support teams, ensuring timely resolution of break-fix issues Your skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written English skills Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently Knowledge of Marketo, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, and Conga CLM is a plus
