Salesforce Developer (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM, Argentina time)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

You will help scale and stabilize our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce. You will operate as a builder and systems owner, sitting at the intersection of Salesforce, data, and GTM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations.
• Own Salesforce reporting, including enterprise vs. mid‑market segmentation, deal size by rep, pipeline velocity, and conversion metrics.
• Support and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce sync.
• Integrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce, such as Clay (data enrichment) and AI‑powered GTM tools.
• Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale GTM systems.
