As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead, you will define and establish QA standards within Ateko’s Salesforce practice. Your role is pivotal in successfully embedding QA within the delivery processes, ensuring an AI-enhanced approach to testing. Although you won't manage a team right away, your influence will drive quality practices and tools that empower Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own QA standards and frameworks for all client engagements
• Lead QA across multiple concurrent projects with high rigor
• Equip teams with QA processes and tooling
• Assist in deploying AI-powered QA agents into workflows
