Job Title: Salesforce Solution Specialist

General Description

Active team player with a knack for journey building, E-Mail campaigns and automation using Salesforce suite, specifically Marketing Cloud. Lead engagements with Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics, business units, third-party vendors, and other supporting areas to define and implement strategies that best fit campaigns and product lifecycles. Responsible for defining and building email templates, customer journeys, and triggers. Actively analyzes results to recommend optimizations. Analyzes creative briefs to recommend marketing automation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
• Key member in product management initiatives, participate in brainstorming sessions and Agile meetings.
