SAP EWM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 AMS Support for SAP EWM in a productive environment.
• Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor EWM interfaces, IDocs, queues, and background jobs.
• Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, TM, MM, SD, and QM.
• Functional & Technical Activities.
• Configure and support EWM processes such as Inbound & Outbound Delivery Processing; Putaway and Picking (RF / Fiori); Packing, Deconsolidation, Wave Management; Physical Inventory.
• Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes.
• Coordinate transport management across landscapes (DEV–QAS–PRD).
• Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
• Business & Stakeholder Collaboration.
• Interact with Warehouse users and business stakeholders in Brazil.
