GEODIS has launched a strategic program (FIT) to replace its existing heterogeneous solutions with a Finance and S2P core model based on S/4HANA Cloud private edition and Coupa solutions for the entire Group. This core model will cover the Record to Report (R2R), Controlling, Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes, and will interface with the GEODIS Group's operational tools.
This multi-year project involves the creation of a core model and the preparation of a pilot in 2024, followed by roll-out in waves from 2025 onwards. The FIT program is under responsi...
