- Provide Operational Support in SAP FICO.
- Provide Operational Excellence in the SAP functional areas SAP FICO & Taxation.
- Provide resolution within prescribed SLA for incidents.
- Ensure operational quality for all issues pertaining to SAP FICO functionality.
Collaborative effort in ensuring quality of other integrating SAP functions.
- Should exhibit and deploy Strong Configuration Experience in SAP FI-CO.
- Analyse functional requirements.
- Provide functional and operational expertise for Major and minor GAPs / change requests.
- Ensure support of Major Change Request Management and ensure timely deployment of solution.
- Implement the approved Change Requests / OSS into the system.
