The SAP QM Consultant is responsible for ensuring stable business operations in a post–go-live support environment.

The role focuses primarily on incident resolution, hypercare support, and service request handling within SAP Quality Management (QM), while maintaining high service quality and close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
