RED's client is looking for an SAP Business Analyst to support template rollouts in Latam:

• ERP S4 HANA System (SD/MM/FI)
• HR Solution (Dayforce preferred)

Ensure proper integration with:

• Electronic Invoice
• Localizations updates
• Tax Regulations

Oversee enhancements, releases, and platform optimization initiatives.

Ensure architectural compliance with Americas IT frameworks.

• 5+ years in Enterprise Applications, specifically SAP S4 HANA
• 5+ years hands-on experience with:
• S4 HANA OTC, PTP, R2R
• HR Solutions (Dayforce)

Experience operating in a multinational organization.

Experience working with regional stakeholders across LATAM.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
