The SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert serves as the central point of expertise for all HR‑related SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Learning, TA, Time Management, and Talent Management. The role ensures a seamless and well‑informed HR experience by making sure employees and managers can easily access the information and resources they need within SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities
Maintains the integrity of HR data within SuccessFactors
Processing transactional initiatives of the SuccessFactors system to support the
centralization of HR operational work globally
Maintains and develops knowledge relating to the requirements of the SuccessFactors
system
Report building, modification and maintenance based on individual needs (Table reports, Canvas detailed/advanced reports, Pivot reports), experience with calculated column creation
Regular audits of personal and organizational data
Manage mass data uploads across the global organization
