Join MaintainX in Toronto as a Scaled Enterprise Customer Success Manager, managing a $2M portfolio of enterprise accounts and enhancing customer experience. Drive retention and growth through data.
This position focuses on managing over 200 small enterprise accounts with significant expansion potential. You'll work closely with Account Directors and utilize customer health data to proactively address risks and facilitate growth.
