Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1:00 pm .–11:00 p.m.
Location: Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Scheduler / Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a growing non‑medical Home Care agency. This role manages caregiver scheduling, staffing coverage, recruitment support, compliance tracking, and communication with caregivers, clients, and leadership. The adecuado candidate is autonomous, compassionate, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Experience with CanTime—or similar platforms such as WellSky or AxisCare—is highly preferred.
