Role Overview

A Mine Maintenance Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and availability of mining equipment by developing, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance schedules. Primary responsibilities include creating short‑term and long‑term maintenance plans that align with operational demands while minimizing equipment downtime and production interruptions. The scheduler works closely with maintenance supervisors, planners, and operations teams to prioritize work orders, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that parts, labor, and tools are available when needed.
