Science Teacher / Science ECT in the heart of Redbridge. A truly outstanding secondary school is looking for a Science Teacher / Science ECT to start in September 2026. This is a permanent, full-time role. Responsibilities

Teach across Key Stages 3 to 5. Inspire and motivate students and work alongside a team of science teachers. Engage with a progressive approach to assessment, including good questioning and modelling. Support staff with abundant pupil support and contribute to a positive learning environment. Take advantage of TLR opportunities, including roles such as KS3 Coordinator or pastoral responsibilities. Participate in the bespoke ECT induction program if applicable, with 1:1 mentoring and in-house/out-of-house training. Start date: September 2026; role is full-time and permanent.
