We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will be a servant‑leader who can coach cross‑functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of technology solutions.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
• Support release planning, roadmap execution, and cross‑team coordination
