About The Role

The Scrum Master owns the delivery engine. You are responsible for the health, velocity, and predictability of sprint execution across one or more engineering teams. You protect the team from process debt, facilitate every Agile ceremony with rigor, and ensure that commitments made in sprint planning are visible, tracked, and accounted for at sprint close. This is not a coordinator role and not a project manager role. You are the system owner for how work moves — and you are accountable for the artifacts that prove it.
