Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the waterslide and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and supervision of all members and guests using the facility

  • Monitor rider spacing and enforce waterslide rules/safety procedures, ensuring slide is used safely

  • Communicate with lifeguards and Aquatics staff to ensure safe operations and respond quickly to any concerns or incidents

  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized facility by completing maintenance tasks and upkeep of the slide and deck areas

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests by greeting members, assisting with booking check ins, answering questions and creating a positive and welcoming environment

  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on safety practices and company policies.
