Job Description
As a Security Officer, you have a strong security and safety mindset, thrive on being part of a team, and enjoy working in different physical locations. You are the face and voice of Irving Oil in the Saint John area and a primary contact for all visitors, customers, and employees who access our facilities. You must be available to be scheduled in a 24/7 environment and be willing to work at different Irving Oil locations in the Saint John area. This is considered a safety sensitive position, and as such, our recruiting process involves pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, references, and a criminal background check. This is a short-term position anticipated to last 2.5 months.
Your Responsibilities:
Welcome all visitors, employees, and customers to Irving Oil facilities by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
Maintain a visible presence at all times, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security are met.
